Weigela x hybrida TOWERS OF FLOWERS® Cherry = ‘WG16-04’ is a upright flowering shrub. Boosting large cherry-red flowers, blooming in clusters along the entire stem, not just the terminal shoots -truly a tower of flowers! The full bloom season lasts 3-4 weeks during late spring with partial blooms occurring throughout the summer. Weigela TOWER OF FLOWERS® Cherry is a quick-growing shrub reaching a 2 gal in 6-12 months from a 21 cell liner. Foliage color is a strong medium-green with bronzing on new growth. Excellent as an informal screen for vertical living. Also, great for small yards and color in the landscape.
