Lagerstroemia BLACK DIAMOND® Pavé Pink

Lagerstroemia = ‘19003’

Breathtaking black foliage with unique maroon veins. Profusions of pink blooms. Long season of interest. Excellent in warmer states where they revel in long hot days and repay by flowering extraordinarily well. Excellent for pollinator gardens.

Bloom: Ruffled hot pink flowers.

Habit: Unique mounding growth habit, similar to Loropetalum but much faster growing. 4’ x 5’ with a cut back to 4” in colder areas. 

Propagation: Cuttings. License required for propagation. 

Culture: Thrives in moist fertile well-drained soil in full sun. Mature plants are drought tolerant.
