CUCUMBER GIN COLLINS

— 2 oz. Cucumber-Infused Gin
— 1 slice of Cucumber
— 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
— 1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup
— Splash of Sprite

Combine first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour contents and ice into a glass and top with sprite. Garnish with slice of cucumber.
