Lysimachia WALBERTON’S® Golden Alexander = ‘Walgoldalex’

Lysimachia punctata WALBERTON’S® Golden Alexander ‘Walgoldalex’ is a sport of the established variety L. ‘Alexander’.

‘Golden Alexander’ has stable, variegated foliage with gold margins and yellow summer flowers. It is slightly more compact than ‘Alexander’ and the foliage does not seem to have the drawstring effect of the white margined parent. Its high tolerance of a wide range of conditions makes this an ideal garden plant. Golden Alexander ‘Walgoldalex’ is upright, vigorous and non-invasive, and can be used as an accent plant, in the perennial border or in a container.
