Euphorbia WALBERTON’S® Rudolph = ‘Waleuphrud’

Just like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, this "Rudolph" also sports a red nose in winter! As night temperatures begin to drop, Rudolph begins to produce showy bright red bracts that rest atop gray-green leaves during the winter and make a colorful show for the holiday season. Red centered, yellow-green flowers follow in the spring. This David Tristam selection of Euphorbia x martinii WALBERTON’S® Rudolph = ‘Waleuphrud’ makes an attractive 1.5'-2' tall x 2' wide clump of blue-green foliage. The spring blooms are the typical chartreuse green of Euphorbiax martini. Rudolph is perfect for fall and early winter deck or porch pots in colder climates, or as a garden plant in more temperate climates making it a unique ornamental choice for the fall and winter garden.
