RASPBERRY LEMON DROP

— 2.0 oz Citron Vodka
— 0.5 oz house lemon syrup
— 0.5 oz fresh lemon
— 0.5 oz Chambord

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add the first three Ingredients. Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed coupe glass. Pour the layer of Chambord over the back of a spoon and allow to sink.
