PlantHaven is always pleased to hear from new breeders. We aim to give the best objective advice that will assist a breeder to decide how to proceed. There is no obligation and these background discussions are always kept confidential unless and until the breeder authorizes further disclosure.

PlantHaven will always provide copies of standard contracts and license agreements.

PlantHaven will be pleased to provide references from existing clients.

In all cases, we recommend that breeders:

Seek independent confidential advice as soon as possible

Keep all plant developments under wraps. Never give or sell plants to anyone unless that is part of the plan.

Always retain the patent and breeder's rights to their work
